Description
We are looking for a full-stack engineer who is comfortable owning a feature from database schema to deployed UI. You will work directly with the founder on client projects and internal products. No layers of management. No ticket factories. Just real work on real systems.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain full-stack features across client and internal projectsParticipate in architecture decisions and technical planningWrite clean, documented, testable codeReview pull requests and give honest, constructive feedbackCommunicate directly with clients when needed
requirements
3-5 years of professional full-stack development experienceStrong TypeScript — both frontend and backendComfortable with Postgres and writing raw SQL when neededExperience deploying and maintaining production applicationsAble to work independently and manage your own time
Good To Have
Experience with Astro, SvelteKit, or similar modern frameworksFamiliarity with Railway, Fly.io, or Cloudflare deployment targetsPrior experience in a client-facing agency context
